INSTRUCTIONS:

Registering your church group is a three step process.

STEP ONE - Enter the number of households that you are registering for the Annual Convention. A household can be:

- One person coming alone.
- A family with children.
- A couple.

STEP TWO - Enter the information for each household. You will be guided through the process to enter the information for all members of the household.

STEP THREE - Enter the church's contact information.
